It’s very important to review the cancellation policy before booking a tour, transportation, etc.

Cancellations will not be accepted outside of working hours—specifically, not before 9:00 AM or after 7:00 PM (Mexico time), as well as on Saturdays and holidays.

Daily Tour Cancellations:
Cancellations made the day before by 7:00 PM will receive a full refund.
After that time, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the specific tour.

Cancellation of Transportation to Guatemala:
Cancellations made by 7:00 PM the day before will receive a full refund.
After that time, no refund will be provided.

Cancellation of 2-Day or Multi-Day Tours:
Cancellations made by 12:00 PM the day before will receive a full refund.
After that time, only 700 pesos will be refunded.
